Non-Returnable Items

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email nigovip@mail.com or message us on WhatsApp within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, photos of the item and any issues, and your preferred resolution (refund, exchange, or store credit).
  3. Receive Instructions: Our team will review your request within 48 hours and provide return shipping instructions if applicable.
  4. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using the method provided.
  5. Get Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive the return
  • Your bank may take an additional 3-5 business days to reflect the refund

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. You do not need to return damaged items in most cases.
